PTO GENERAL MEETING- Childhood Anxiety

On Tuesday, November 19th, the Normandale PTO held their Fall General Meeting. Michelle Frauenshuh MA, LMFT was the special guest speaker. Michelle is the owner and president of Life Development Resources, she serves on the Governer's advisory board on mental health, is the President of the MN DBT Coalition, a member of the American Association of Threat Assessment professionals, and is the clinical supervisor for the LMFT and IPCC boards.

Michelle discussed childhood anxiety, how to recognize it, what to do, and how to avoid projecting personal parent anxiety onto your child. She has specialized in attachment and child and adolescent mental health disorders for 25 years.
